Over the past two years we've built and delivered AI-powered creative production at real enterprise scale, working alongside some of the biggest brands in the world: some of the largest global sports fashion brands, one of the biggest online marketplaces in the Benelux, and one of the largest consumer electronics companies in the world. We've figured out what works, what it takes to deliver, and what it means for the clients who buy it. The next step is getting in front of more of them.
You will be Bloom's first dedicated marketer, responsible for generating and warming qualified demand so our co-founder team can focus on closing it. We produce genuinely impressive creative work for some of the most recognisable brands in the world, and right now that work is not being turned into the marketing assets that fill a pipeline. Your primary job is to change that: take what we produce and build the content engine that makes enterprise buyers take notice.
You'll have junior / freelance creative support for image and video production, so the executional side of content is backed up. For any skill gaps on your end, we're open to bringing in a freelance specialist rather than asking you to cover everything. We're looking for a generalist who can understand and run a whole function, not someone who needs to be a deep specialist in every part of it.
If this goes well, there's a real opportunity to grow into a marketing leadership role at Bloom as the team scales. We're not hiring for that role now, and we're not promising it, but it's a realistic path for someone who builds something good here and wants to keep growing with us.
Startup B2B Growth Marketer
Amsterdam (Hybrid)
Full-time
Fixed-term
3,500 - 4,200 € per month
The Role
What You'll Do
Content Strategy and Execution
- Own the content strategy across formats and channels: decide what gets made, for whom, and why
- Write and produce across the full content mix: LinkedIn posts, founder content, customer stories, case studies, use-case pages, before/after examples, brand and creative thought leadership, sales collateral, and newsletter or nurture sequences
- Build customer and problem-specific landing pages and flows from scratch
- Brief and quality-check creative output from junior, intern, and freelance content producers
- Run account-based plays into enterprise target accounts: account research, target list building, outreach, and shareable materials
- Generate and warm qualified opportunities that feed into founder-led sales conversations
- Test outbound approaches including cold email, LinkedIn sequences, and content-led campaigns, and iterate based on what converts
- Design and run lean, measurable campaign experiments across formats and channels
- Find and test acquisition approaches beyond the standard playbook, and build on what works
- Run scrappy paid experiments in-house once content and landing pages are in place, bringing in a freelance performance specialist if the channel warrants it
- Use AI tools as a genuine part of how you work: content repurposing, account research, outbound personalisation, reporting
- We expect this to be how you cover the output of a larger team, not an add-on to everything else
What We're Looking For (Essential Skills & Experience)
- 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience spanning content production and at least one of: demand generation, ABM, or outbound
- A portfolio of written B2B content, including case studies, long-form, or thought leadership, produced to a professional standard without a dedicated content team around you
- Experience running campaigns or outbound efforts that produced qualified pipeline, not just impressions
- Genuine AI tool usage as part of your working day: agents, automation, or prompt engineering applied to real marketing tasks
- Enough commercial understanding to know what a qualified B2B opportunity looks like, and to write content that gets taken seriously by senior marketing buyers
- Based in or able to commute to Amsterdam (hybrid, minimum 3 days/week in-office)
Bonus Points (Nice-to-haves)
- Background at a creative agency or production company selling into enterprise brand and marketing teams
- Familiarity with FMCG/CPG or fashion & apparel as buyer verticals
- Experience managing or briefing freelancers and junior creatives
- Have run a paid media programme (Meta, LinkedIn, or Google) without agency support
